With utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, you and I will work together to challenge negative thoughts that can impact on your behaviors and emotions. With Dialectical Behavior Therapy, I can help teach you skills to understand and accept difficult feelings.
I believe it is important to meet every client where they are by being nonjudgmental. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, communication, and everyday struggles.
